Sound Poem – an activity for Little Loco readers

What sounds did people hear on Little Loco’s journey?

Can we make a sound poem?

“Hooray!” shouted the crowd.

“All aboard!” shouted Timothy.

“Choo choo” chuffed the train.

“Whoo Whoo” went the whistle as the countryside whooshed by.

“Clickety clack” went the wheels on the rails

“Clunk” went wonky waggon

and the flags fffffluttered in the breeze.
